Installation

When does the installation service take place?

For products purchased with free installation or when additional installation is requested before delivery and delivered by our own transport team, installation is carried out immediately at the time of delivery.

For products delivered by cargo where installation is the customer’s responsibility, if an additional installation service has been purchased, we schedule the installation within seven (7) business days after the product is delivered.

Is the installation of products charged?

For all products delivered by cargo, installation is the customer’s responsibility. However, we offer discounted installation services for many of our products.

During your order, when you add a product to your cart, you can also add the installation service on the cart page.

After the product is delivered, we schedule the installation service within a maximum of seven (7) business days.
