Our Story

Livello Home Collection (AKC Mobilya San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. – Akan Ahşap) began its operations in November 2005 in a 3,800 m² indoor facility. In 2008, our company underwent a corporate transformation by training its personnel and renewing its machinery, ultimately reaching a production capacity of 1,000 bedroom and dining room sets per month.

In 2013, as part of ongoing institutionalization efforts, we transitioned to an ERP system in addition to our existing production and accounting software. This allowed full integration of production, shipping, inventory tracking, after-sales services, and accounting in our new facility located in the İnegöl Organized Industrial Zone, which includes 11,000 m² of indoor space and a total area of 22,000 m².

All packages and products within those packages are managed with a barcode-based automation system, ensuring seamless delivery to our valued customers. Currently, with cutting-edge production machines, our facility includes 2 HPP11 panel sizing machines, 3 groove edge banding machines, 2 Italian curved edge saws, 4 Robland panel saws, 2 Rover CNC routers, 1 Vitap 3-head and single-head drilling machine, 1 seven-head multi-drill, in-house curved press machines, 1 PVC membrane press, and a total of 127 employees, we have reached a monthly production capacity of 2,000 bedroom and dining room sets.

More than half of our production is exported to countries such as Iraq, Azerbaijan, Germany, Macedonia, Kosovo, Georgia, Libya, Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Algeria, Armenia, and Austria. Within Turkey, our products are sold through dealers in 56 cities. Our goal is to double this production figure in the coming years based on a solid foundation.

Contributing to İnegöl’s furniture industry and Turkey’s exports, increasing both our international and domestic sales without compromising quality, and creating more employment opportunities are among our primary objectives.
