Can products be customized other than fabric color?

Foot color change is made in selected products.

Is fabric change chargeable?

The fabric change fee varies according to the product and fabric series. While some fabrics in our collection are free to change, there is a price difference for some fabrics. To get price difference information, you can fill out the request form here.

How can I change the model of the Fabric I like?

If it is stated on the product page that it is "Fabric Change", you can contact our whatsapp support line and change the fabric with our customer service.

If you want to make changes to the fabric you have chosen after you have placed your order, you must notify us on the day you place your order or the next day via our website or by contacting us.

The products you change fabric will be included in the category of customized products. If you return the product, a 30% deduction will be made from your payment as it is in the customized product category.
