Delivery & Assembly
All products offered for sale on our website are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The duration, scope, and terms of the warranty are determined by the manufacturer. In the event of a malfunction, the purchased product must be sent to us along with its invoice and a note explaining the issue. Once received, the product is forwarded to the manufacturer’s service center by us and tested according to the reported malfunction. The issue must be confirmed by the warranty provider.
If the warranty provider does not detect any fault, the product will be returned to the customer in the same condition. If the issue is found to be outside the scope of the warranty, the product will either be returned to the customer or, with the customer's approval, repaired for a fee. If the product is found to be defective and within the scope of the warranty, it will be processed for repair. The legal maximum time for repair is 30 business days. If the product is repaired within this period, it will be returned to the customer. If the product is not repaired within this period or cannot be repaired at all, it will be replaced with an identic
