Is there a Cash on Delivery option?
We do not offer a cash on delivery option as it is not compatible with our secure payment system.
How can I use promotions?
At Livello, discount coupons are applied to products during certain promotional periods. These coupons are valid for all products that meet the campaign conditions.
Coupons that have expired cannot be reused.
Membership coupons issued personally are for single use only.
You may have multiple coupons defined at Livello. However, coupons cannot be combined. You can complete your purchase by selecting the most suitable coupon or cart promotion for your order.
If a cancellation or return is made, the promotion will remain valid as long as the campaign conditions are still met.
Can I pay in cash or in installments?
Cash or installment payment options are only available in our showrooms. On our website, payment can only be made via credit card or bank transfer.
How can I create an individual or corporate invoice?
To create an individual invoice, after creating your cart, click the + Add Address button on the Address Information screen, and select ‘Individual’ as the address type in the panel that appears. Fill in the required fields such as Name, Surname, and National ID Number to save the address.
To create a corporate invoice, after creating your cart, click the + Add Address button on the Address Information screen, and select ‘Corporate’ as the address type in the panel that appears. Fill in required fields such as Company Name, Tax Office, and Tax Number to save the address.
How can I view my invoice?
As Livello is a registered e-invoice issuer, your invoice will be sent within 3 business days after your product is delivered.
- From the email we send to the address registered to your order,
- If you are a Livello member, by logging into our site and clicking on the ‘My Account’ section at the top right,My Orders section.
You can view your invoice from these sections.
