Is there an option to pay at the door?

We do not have the option to pay at the door as it is not suitable for the secure payment system.

How can I use promotions?

In Livello, discount coupons are applied to products periodically. Discount coupons are valid on all products that meet the campaign conditions.

Discount coupons that have passed their expiration date cannot be reused.

Personal membership coupons are for single use only.

There can be more than one coupon defined in Livello. However, coupons cannot be combined. You can complete your shopping by selecting coupons or basket promotions suitable for your order.

If the campaign conditions continue to be met despite the cancellation or refund, the campaign will not be cancelled.

Can I make a cash payment or partial payment?

Cash payment or partial payment option is only available in our showrooms. On our site, payment is made only by Credit Card or Wire Transfer.

How can I create an Individual and Corporate Invoice?

To create an individual invoice, click the + Add Address button on the Address Information screen that comes after creating your cart and select the address type 'Individual' from the panel that opens. Save the address by filling in the required fields such as Name, Surname, TCKN.

To create a corporate invoice, click the + Add Address button on the Address Information screen that comes after creating your cart and select the address type 'Corporate' from the panel that opens. Register the address by filling in the required fields such as Company Title, Tax Office and Tax Number.

How can I view my invoice?

As Livello, we are an e-invoice payer, so we send the invoice within 3 working days after the product is delivered.
